Option 1: Offshore Development Partner (Fixed Price Model): You send us the project specifications and we get back to you with our time and cost estimation. We do not work as your exclusive partner and you have liberty to choose the best offer from the proposals you get from different vendors. We work on a fixed cost basis per project.

Option 2: Offshore Development Partner (Time-n-Material Model): This business model is typically used in R&D kind of projects where defining the exact time requirements is not possible because of the complex nature of the project. Here we agree upon to Man-Hour rate and get paid on the basis of man-hours spent on the project on monthly basis.

Option 3: Setting up an exclusive Offshore Development Team for you (Dedicated Development Centre Model) : We identify the resource (man-power and infrastructure) requirements for your proposed team and set-up an exclusive team for you. This team will exclusively work for you and you pay us the fixed remuneration on monthly basis per person. OSG Infotech will remain responsible for managing your team and project deliverables and provide infrastructure needed to carry out the project implementation.
